Our chocolate protein medallions are designed to meet the needs of health-conscious consumers. Each bar features a rich chocolate coating that envelops a protein mixture and a crispy wafer, low in sugar and rich in fibre.

The protein content of the doblone varies between 25% and 35%, depending on its size and recipe.

COATING

Depending on the flavour profile of the bar, we can recommend a hazelnut, white or dark chocolate coating.
